Customer needs a power MOS, 30V VDS, hope its CISS can be less than 1500pF, since TI.com does not have a direct filter to use,

Could you recommend an NMOS and PMOS to me? Thanks.

    Hello Tony,

    Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. TI P-channel FETs only go to -20V max and we do not have any -30V PFETs. The MOSFET product table does not include a filter for CISS. However, you can sort on QG since it is proportional to CISS. You do not mention any current or on resistance requirements - only CISS < 1500pF and BVDSS >= 30V. We have many devices that meet those basic requirements. Please take a look at CSD17571Q2 30V NFET in 2x2mm SON package with CISS = 360pF typical, 468pF max. If you can share more application requirements, it might be easier to narrow down the FET selection.
