Could you share a transient SPICE model that works with SIMetrix tool.

Also is there a SIMPLIS model or a small signal model for AC analysis?

Hi Mithun,

Sorry for TPS61093-Q1 we have PSpice transient model only which can be downloaded from the following link.

If available, you may provide the schematic and working conditions and then we can do the loop stability analysis.

Thanks Lei,

Input voltage range: 1.6V to 6V

Load: 100mA @9V

Looking for below results at the room temperature:

1) Stability plot without Feed Forward Cap

2) Stability plot with the Feed Forward cap (C5 in my design).

Kindly use X7R caps to account for the DC bias.
