LP2951-Q1: Is the model shorted internally to 0v or is it using the GND pin?

Hello,

I need an LDO to drop -25V to -20V and need to simulate it.

Connecting the IN to 0V (GND) and the GND pin and FB R{FBB} (FB bottom resistor) to the -25V input is not working.

Is the model shorted internally to 0v or is it using the GND pin?

The design works with other LDOs

Hi Nimrod,

The model internally used GND (0V) so that is why this is not working for you. I made a revised version of it with a floating internal GND. See if this works for you.

After retesting the version will not change the output based on the FB pin.

This looks as a fixed output and not an adjustable version.

can you please resend with the adjustable version
