Hi,
I have a client who has installed the BQStudio software to work with the EV2400. However the device is not being recognised. I have tested it with another one and it works fine. I noticed in installation instructions (see image)
it mentions a TI USB driver install pop-up however i never saw this. Can these drivers be downloaded and installed separately?
