If the device experiences an OV event which passes the PG overvoltage threshold for a time long than the deglitch filter (both specified in the Specifications Section of the datasheet) then the PG pin will be asserted low until the output comes back into regulation.

When an overvoltage occurs, the PG terminal is set to Low, I interpreted that the output will not be turned off without permission, but is there one?

During an overvoltage event, the buck converter does not disable the output.
