We have used the TPSM861253 in our design. Now, we are planning to do the thermal analysis for our PCB where we need the theta Jc bottom value for the analysis.

Kindly provide the theta Jc bottom value for this part as we are blocked for thermal analysis.

Hi Pratik,

Can I ask why you need this data? The transfer of the heat is actually towards pins not to the bottom. For an estimation, you can use junction to case (top) thermal resistance.
