TPS53679: Power seqencer ： 5V can power up after 12V?

Tool/software:

Hi TI master

       I have a question:

       TPS53679 has defined the power on sequence, that is 5V is up before 12V.

       But reference design: 12V is up before 5V.

       Question: if 5V can power up after 12V?
