Has there been any progress regarding supporting Sodium-Ion batteries?

Let me know if TI supports any Na-Ion battery brands as I need to explore this path for one of our products.

    Hi,

    Yes, we have a few Na-ion cells characterized. If you wish to use Na-ion cells you will need a custom ChemID.

    Thank you for your response. Do you mean you have separate ChemID files for the cells you already characterized or have you added all of them to a zip file I can use to update my chemistry list?

    I am experimenting with HAKADI 26700 3.1V 3.5Ah cells. Have these been characterized by any chance?

    Hi,

    We do not have the HAKADI 26700 cells characterized, please reach out to your supporting FAE or local TI office for help getting these characterized.

    If you have any issues, please let me know. 

    Before you do this however, I recommend using the GPCCHEM tool to check if the cells we have characterized will work for your application.
