Hello QC,

For clarification, did you get this part directly from TI or from a TI authorized distributor? Do you have a picture of the top side marking?

I have confirmed that the topside markings and x-ray are in line with what we would expect for this device. There are no bond wires on this device as it uses the hot rod process and copper posts for the connections. We describe this process in the following application note:
