Hello, 

I have trouble with the charging process of my design. I used the BQ24630 chip the schematic looks like this:

My charging curve is not as I expected continously. It stops after every 1min24sec and starts again:

Does anybody have an idea what might cause this issue?

    Hello Dajana,

    I have a few questions:

    Does this issue occur when a system load is attached? Do you see any change when system load is removed?

    What is the battery voltage?

    Can you provide a scope capture of VBAT, IBAT, VIN, IIN?
