BQ76200: Chip design related issues

High side NMOS drive tube opening time turn-off time is required within 50US, in order to do short circuit protection.

20 strings of 1 or 2 in parallel with 18650 batteries

Continuous current 100A, the key requirement is based on this state below a reference scheme.   In particular, whether the driver needs special treatment, such as whether it needs to protect the circuit quickly, the switching speed will explode the tube, and the slow will burn out ---- key requirements a reference scheme

Lithium battery four battery packs are connected in series for power supply, and there is a short circuit, temperature, and undervoltage protection board in the middle.  For this application, I wanted a reference design because the conventional evaluation board BQ76200EVM-606 is quite different from this application.

Other questions:

1.MOS parallel comparison, whether the gate end series drive resistance on MOS has an impact on the switching speed, especially on the speed.



2. Because of the application of multiple tubes in parallel, the actual time is 40NF, which needs to be confirmed. What is the approximate time?
