Hi Expert,
For the reference schematic, the two NFET is Drain to Drain architecture. Whether Source to Source architecture is also available like below figure? What's the difference between the two architectures?

Hello Beida,
Our internal driver only supports high-side FETs and does not support common source configuration, so we do not have any reference schematics show-casing this architecture.
This forum post I found may help explain the difference between the two architectures better: Common-Source/drain MOSFETs.

Hi Alexis,
What do you mean is our driver only support high-side FETs common drain configuration? Can you give a simply description for internal driver?
Hello Beida,

Correct.
Can you give a simply description for internal driver?
This previous post may help explain: Can I connect CHG/DSG FETs in Common Source Configuration.
