I didn't find thermal specification of PTH08xxx modules in the datasheets. The only information I found is about the Overtemperature Protection, in which it says "Always operate the regulator within the specified safe operating area (SOA) limits for the worst-case conditions of ambient temperature and airflow." How can I find the specification of safe operating area (SOA) limits? Is it viable to put heat sinks/fans if such limits can not be satisfied? For example, for PTH08T210W with up to 30A output, I'm not quite confident about the thermal dissipation on a PCB board with limited space.
