4426.LED illumination board schem.pdf
I am attaching a design that we have already built 10 boards with no problems. We just did another build of 10 boards and the first 2 boards that we powered up blew the LM23342 off the board. We have made sure each component was the right value and that the chip was placed in the right orientation. I just wanted someone at TI to take a look at the schematic to make sure there a problem that we just got lucky with the 1st 10 boards.
We are awaiting replacement chips from Digikey.
