Hi Team,

Our customer are evaluating TLC59108F.

However, the high frequency noise(peak frequency is 180MHz)* occurs on Vcc line.

Therefore, they would like to ask about the following questions.

* This noise was measured by a spectrum analyzer.

[Conditions]

--------------

[Q1]

According to our customer, the high frequency noise(peak frequency is around 177MHz) occurs on Vcc line at Vcc=3.3V (from the stabilized power-supply).

Then, they don't flow the LED current to analyze this cause.

So, they guess that the cause of this noise is the internal circuit of TLC59108F.

Could you please let us know if you know the cause of this noise?

[Q2]

When two minutes pass, this noise becomes small.

However, they don’t change the setting of TLC59108F.

So, they would like to know the cause that this noise becomes small(from 177MHz to 163MHz).

Could you please let us know if you know the cause of this phenomenon?
