bq24230 / thermal pad dimensions

Hi Team,

I found two thermal pad dimensions in datasheet.
Page.42 shows 1.70+-0.10 x 1.70+-0.10 as the following.

Page.44 shows 1.66+-0.10 x 1.66+-0.10 as the following.

Which is the correct dimensions?

This device is showing dual A/T that is why there are two mechanical drawing. You can pick any because the difference is ignorable and should not affect the board design.

Yaita-san,

It means the ICs were from two assembly and test sites and there's sight difference between those two but won't impact the package or performance of he IC.
