    Those graphs were developed over 10 years ago. Figures 8 and 9 show the minimum out put voltage available due to minimum controllable on time. Figures 10 and 11 are the same data, but graph frequency vs Vin for different output voltages instead of output voltage vs input voltage for different frequencies. Same data. just plotted differently. The minimum on time is 180 nsec typical, but I think these plots have a worst case max value and possibly also add in dead time. For Vin less than 5 V, you would need to extrapolate the existing curves. I doubt very much that the original data still exists.
