Why the Datasheet of the TPS60140 states (pag.4) that pin 14 must be "Not Connected" while the same datasheet at pag.15, at the same manner of Evaluation Module (pag.12 & pag.14), connects the same pin to the OUT pin?!?

Hi,

The EVM was used for different Products. This is the reason why the pin 16 is connected to Vout on the EVM Layout.
You could leave it floating in your application.
