Using BQ241xx Lithium-Ion charger and battery management with 3-4000mAh LI-ION cells with two pair in parallel, Which one would work the best for my usage. BQ24133 - BQ24130 - BQ24170 - BQ 24123, etc???

I am hosting a Raspberry PI computer and a 3 port USB-2.0 powered hub with the configuration. This will require about 1000 mAh current. I would like to know if this can be used to charge the batteries while in operation? I also need an LED indicator to let the customer know when the unit is being charged and when the charge is complete. Using 3-4000 mAh cells in series and paralleling two sets of 3 would give me 8000 mAh of run time or about 8 hours.
