TPS61163A dimming control and OVP issue

1.problem – TPS61163A output voltage is drop.
2.cause – SW voltage is measured OVP level on turn on test with min dimming.
          TPS61163 OVP -> latch -> LED off -> smart phone LCD off.
          different good waveform. / Please see the attached file.
3.test environment – a. inductor change test
             4.7uH -> 10uH / No differences in characteristics.
                     b. comp cap change test
                        => 330nF -> 220nF, 220pF change test
                            SW is measured OVP level but don’t OVP protection.
4.inquiry– change comp cap affect turn on waveform and shrink latch off of OVP.
           but i think not a fundamental solution.
           why measured OVP votlage. and have a fundamental solution.
