TPS65910 BACKUP VOLTAGE RANGE

Hi Bros,

There is one question when using  TPS65910 in my customer side.

They design Backup pin connect with Input VBAT which are both 5V. We could don't find the max input voltage of VBAT. Does it is OK for this design? Many thanks.

    This is fine, as table 4-1 of the datasheet mentions shorting this pin to VCC5 if not used. VCC5 is not a critical connection or requirement for VBACKUP, but since VCC5 has a absolute maximum of 7V, and will often be tied to VBAT, there shouldn't be an issue connecting VBACKUP to 5V.
