The GUI prompt an error occurred

I do not specifically cover the support for this component but I can tell you that the info block contains trim data that was captured during production test.
It appears that this info has been overwritten on this device which prevents the loading of a configuration into the device.

Have you experienced this issue on a single device or multiple devices?

        I  have experienced this issue on multiple devices.  I tried many times  for a week . I really do not know why? 

It can be used when I write again today......  BUT,  a new problem as shown in the last figure ,
