Hi,Teng Feng

Hello,
Can you confirm that you are using the firmware and user guide from this site:
It's been about a week since this thread was replied to, so I'm going to assume that the problem is solved and close it.
I'm sorry for that problem is not solved. We used so many ways to do, .but the answer is NO.
I've connected the external devices ,when I open the Fusion Digital Power Studio,
there was an error bootstrapping the Fusion GUI for the DC-DC @ Address 88d:
The following PMBus commands could not be read from the DC-DC @ Address 88d:
VOUT_MODE
These commands are required for Fusion Digital Power Studio to run.
Please verify firmware and power and try again or contact customer support if you continue to have difficulties. 在 TIDP.PMBus.PMBusUIUtils.Verify_Parameters_Readable(PMBusDevice device, IEnumerable`1 command_ids) 在 TIDP.PMBus.PMBusUIUtils.Verify_Required_Parameters_Readable(PMBusDevice device) 在 TIDP.WinForms.Apps.DPGUI.DeviceControl.t() 在 TIDP.WinForms.Apps.DPGUI.DeviceControl.z()
The Fusion GUI can not continue due to this error.
Can you help me?
Hello,
The error message indicates that you need to support the PMBus command VOUT_MODE as it is used by the fusion GUI.
Your original error was that you could not launch the bi-dcdc. Are you able to launch that GUI now from the device GUI as shown in your word document?
Hello,
I'm sorry that maybe I could not describe clearly last letter,I rewrite the error in the new paper with some pictures, please help me.
error-21-2-3.docThanks alot
The GUI used for the bi-dcdc is the one from the device GUI as it does not have the pmbus commands implemented to run the online GUI. Also it has a special custom GUI accessed by the device GUI.
Have you been able to open that one as mentioned in your first error?
Hello,we are not open that one as mentioned in our first error, because in your first letter there is a new site, so we used the firmware and user guide from the site in your first letter. But in the end ,we meet new error. So we donot know how to reselov the question?
Hello,
The website I specified above, https://www.ti.com/tool/UCD3138FW-BIDI , was for you to get the bi-dc-dc firmware and to get the user guide. The GUI to work with this firmware is the Fusion Studio GUI which is here: https://www.ti.com/tool/FUSION-DIGITAL-POWER-STUDIO.
1. You download the firmware using the Fusion Studio GUI device GUI
2. In the device GUI you set the custom mode as described in the user guide for the bi-dc-dc firmware (obtained from the first link or click https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/slua765).
Have you run into any problems doing the above? Which step in the user guide?
Hello ,I'm sorry that our test is still failed. we download the firmware using the Fusion Studio GUI device GUI as you guide, but we meet error message as before. The more detail please look at the text. Thank you.3858.error.docx
Hello,
I believe the GUI only supports UCD3138128 or UCD3138A64 at this time. I have also tested. Do you have these parts?
Hello,
I have confirmed that the special GUI exposed with the custom mode is for the reference design targeting UCD3138128/A64. If you would like to work with the UCD3138 or UCD3138064 you can still use the memory debugger and monitor the variables.
