When TPS54227 supplying Vin：12V and keep EN:Low, Vout is increased (rised).

※Yerrow： Vin_12V / Blue ：EN Low / Pink： Vout_0V～3.3V / Green ： Another 1.15V line(unrelated)
If there find the reason of Vout increase(EN：Low), please let me know.
【Additional information】
・12Vin ⇒ 3.3Vout
・0.9A
・Cin： 22μF POSCAP
・Cout： 44μF ceramic (22μF×2)
・Inductor： 3.3μH (SPM6530T-3R3M)
・3.3Vout line is not connect other DC/DC and LDO.
