TPS54561-Q1: How to estimate the exact load current corresponding to Pulse Skipping Mode entry

Part Number: TPS54561-Q1

I am concern about light load condition in my design and want to avoid pulse skipping mode of operation due to light load. From the datasheet i am only getting the statement as below

"The pulse-skipping current threshold is the peak switch-current level corresponding to a nominal COMP voltage of 600 mV"

My query is,

1. How to determine exact peak switch current corresponding to 600mV COMP pin Voltage for the selected frequency compensation network (R and C at COMP Pin).

2. Is pulse-skipping mode of operation would result more EMIEMC and Voltage transients at output.
