We are thinking of using the TPS25910 as a "high-side protection switch" for our system (Vin = 15V max, Iout = 5A max). I have used the dev board (TPS25910EVM) and it tests out fine for all of our typical use cases, EXCEPT one. . . . . operation current which is 5mA maximum (2.5mA typ in "OFF"). This is too high for our system. I can work around this by switching Vin ON/OFF before getting to the TPS25910; however, would love to be able to not do this. So. . . is there another part of comparable price, form factor, and operation that has a much lower operation current (~10uA or less).
