Hi team,

Now my customer is using BQ24133, but met some problems about EMI (radiated EMI).

Below is the SCH and PCB figure for the modified version. Could you please give some suggestion for improvement.

Hi Robin,

Add a several Ohm resistor on BTST as well. It can slow down the switching. RC snubber is an important thing, you can refer SLVA255 for the snubber design.

The layout looks good but I can't see the layout around IBAT sense resistor. can you provide the layout layer by layer. PDF is better.
