TPS53219A: Schematics question and skip mode

Hello,

               Below is customer schematics. Could I know the red mark VBATB connect to VDD pin of TPS536219A, is correct or not? Has any other problem for this schematics?

               Another question. The setting are below. If VIN=6.0~8.4V input to chip, Does the device will enter auto-skip mode? What is the condition to enter skip mode of TPS536219A? Thank you. 

1. MODE=AUTOSKIP

2. SS TIME=5.6ms

3. Frequency=650KHz

4. No load

5. Vout=5.0V

    Patrick,
    You can connect Mode pin to PGOOD. if you want to avoid skip mode. Otherwise the device will enter skip mode when the Inductor ripple current divide by 2 = Load current. If the load current decreases further than Iripple/2 then it enters skip mode. What is the purpose of connecting VbatB to VDD. VDD should be connected to Vin.
