TPS62480: VSEL connection when not used

Hello,

If the VSEL feature is not needed, what should we do with the VSEL and RS pins?   Connect to GND, VIN, enable, etc? 

Do these connections have any impact on device performance (additional power consumption, additional noise, …)?
