TPS40425: 12V to 1V/300A Solution

Dear Sir

My customer want to survey 12V to 1V 300A solution，they have use TPS40425 and CSD95372A before.

Dose this solution can support 1V/300A applaction?

    Hi Allen,

    TPS40425 can not support 300A, because it is only stackable to 4phase.
    For 300A design, at least 8phases to 10phases is needed.

    Can you consider TPS40140 which is stackale to 16 phases?

    I have run TPS40140 on Webench.
    it's only can support 16.5A each phase. (12Vin 1V out 16.5A)
    Does this device can support 20A in 12V to 1V?
    TPS40140 can Collocation with CSD95372A?

    Hi Allen,

    The current rating per phase is mainly decided by the FET, not by controller.
    I don't know why it only supports 16.5A per phase on Webench.

    CSD95372A is not a good option to work with TPS40140.
    I would recommend CSD87350 to work with TPS40140 and set phase current at around 25A. So it needs 12 phases for 300A design.
