・Could you tell me the max Duty cycle of TPS54239E?
・Could I use the inductor of 15uH?

    Below are my comments:
    use 15uH ?

    I saw customer use big inductor before and the phase margin is still pretty good. For bigger inductor, the concern is from the loop response. Bigger inductor could lead to less bandwidth and less margin on phase. And also for the same inductor size, bigger value one will has smaller saturation rating which is also another concern. Please double check with the loop response when you design with it. My recommendation is to just follow the value in the datasheet table. It is verified without issue.

    Max Duty ?

    You could use min off time to calculate the max duty. For the 600kHz typical, the max duty is around 81%.
