LM3671: min. output voltage

Part Number: LM3671
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62650

Hello,

In the datasheet 8.2.2 Typical Application: ADJ version,

we can see LM3671 can outputs from 1.1V to 3.3V.

However, in the following page, Table 3 shows the resistors setting for 0.9Vout.

Please could anyone  tell me what is the minimum output voltage for LM3671-ADJ ?

And, our customer want to use it with Vin=3.3V, Vout=1.0V, Iout=0.4A.

Thanks,

Hiro

  • Let me check on this. But can you use the TPS62239 instead? Vout should be much more accurate with the internal FB resistors.

As well, there is the TPS62650 family with I2C, in case you want to adjust Vout on the fly.
  • Hello Chris-san,

Thank you for your replying, TPS62239 looks good.

The customer's requirements are space and cost,.

For space, I think TPS62239 is  best, however,  the web price is 1.5 times as high as LM3671.

The target spec is under surveying, and we'll also promote TPS62239 today or tomorrow.

    Thanks and best regards,

    Hiro
