TPS65217CEVM: sys_voltage not coming

Hi all,

In one our product we are using tps65217c pmic for powering am335x processor. this devices we are selling for last 3 years , but from last few months we are getting problem of getting pmic and processor failure problem. We are giving supply to this device by using POE switch. In our devices POE 12 voltage is OK , 12 to 5V is also OK , but unable to get sys_voltage. sys_voltage is coming 2.3V.

Please help me for this issue.

Rohit,

I am confused on the voltages you have mentioned, can you please help clarify. Is VSYS to the PMIC 5V? How and where are you measuring 2.3V?

Hi Jay,
I am giving 5V on AC_IN and measuring SYS_VOLT @ SYS and SYS1 pin.
