The dc-dc chip TPS53219A combined with CSD86350Q5D has four problems with CSD86350Q5D, two of which cause PCB fire, damaged CSD86350Q5D chip VIN and VSW short circuit.I produced 2 k products in only four problems, although the probability is very low, but a fire is a big problem, I think the circuit and the chip quality itself is no problem, want to ask CSD86350Q5D probability problems on fire?What's the problem with TPS53219A?Or do I use TPS53219A with CSD86350Q5D?Thank you!

    Can you please describe the application conditions where the issue occurred, millions of each of these devices have been shipped without issues.

    Is it possible you could provide switch mode and gate waveforms and a circuit schematic so we can have our applications team look into this for you

    If the get has electrical over stress it can go short drain to source and as such pull as much current as your source can provide causing severe electrical damage
