You can find equations for active clamp forward primary/secondary currents starting on page 91 of this guide:www.ti.com/.../slyu036.pdf.
You can also use power stage designer which will help calculate turns ratio, magnetizing inductance, etc:www.ti.com/.../powerstage-designer.
Make sure to set the maximum duty cycle appropriately in the tool. For LM5025A, the max duty cycle is 80%.
