TPS798-Q1: voltage between IN and OUT pins

Hello.

I have a question about TPS79801Q1.

The TPS79801 has a function that reverse current does not flow with respect to IN and OUT.
What is the withstand voltage between IN and OUT?
Is it OK if IN = -50 V OUT = 28 V?

Hi Masazumi,

I have tested this on the bench and it looks like it is fine with a low current clamp on the supplies, but as the current clamps are increased it causes it to fail, so I would not recommend using it with this high of a voltage on the input and output.
