I understand that LM3500TLX-21/NOPB is obsolete.

What is our recmended relacement?

The LM3501 is a suitable substitute (same part, but adds voltage to current control. The LM3508 (slightly lower output voltage capability, and adds a current sink). The TPS6106X (p2p, but adds a digital brightness control via the ILED input).

Dont have d/s for the LM3500.
For old design,understand that LM3501 and TPS6106X are P2P replacement?

The LM3501 and TPS6106X are P2P with the LM3500. Both these parts utilize the NC on the LM3500 (bump A3).
