If TPS40425RHAR/TPS53667/TPS53647  all can use CSD95372BQ5M and CSD95490Q5MC power stage?

I think it is ok, just impact efficiency. or something i have need notice? pls advise.

  • Hi Bogey,

The major difference between TPS54647 and TPS53667 is max phase numbers. TPS53647 is 4phase max and TPS53667 is 6 phase max.
If customer requests around 120A max output current., I would recommend TPS53647.
I am not sure about TPS40425, TPS53647/TPS53667 both can use CSD95372B and CSD95490 power stages. It may impact efficiency and cost.

    Thanks,

    Nancy
