TPS92075: 40W Led driver using TPS92075

Part Number: TPS92075

Dear Texas Semiconductor,

I have a request for a led driver of 40W supplied with 230Vac.

The leds are made by a string of 18 leds, each one with 3V of voltage forward. The led current is 0.7 - 0.8A. The led configuration is in series.

The circuit doesn't need to be isolated, but it needs a PF minimum of 95% and of a  THD better than possible (the machine should be certificated).

Is a TPS92075 a good choice for my application? I though to use the buck configuration...

Using the TPS92075 design calculation it seems possible to achieve such power.... Am I right?
