Hello,
What is the voltage of the PGATE pin? I can't find any info in the datasheet about it, though maybe I'm just missing it. I'm trying to size a PFET to the circuit I'm constructing. Qg of the FET is an important attribute for efficiency and it varies with how hard the gate is driven. So this is important information.
I can see that the LM3401 specifies 4.5V drive (Vin-4.7V to be precise). But I don't see the same spec in the LM3409 datasheet.
