Typical value of soft-start time spacification is described as 4 ms on page 6 of the data sheet.

Please tell me the minimum and maximum values of the soft-start time specifications.

I doubt that we have that specification. I can check for it, but it will take several days.

So far I have not been able to locate any data for it, so I doubt that we have it. If I find that we do have it, I will post it, but for now I will close this thread.
