I would like to ask you what are actual package dimensions of BQ27545. I'm interested about C and D dimensions not shown in device datasheet.

Hi Onyx,

No it didn't. We downloaded similar document but for DSBGA15 (YZF15) package, but in both documents we miss E and D dimensions and their tolerances.
