LM25061: Can it be realized with this LM25061 for using Jig production?

Dear support member.

My customer consider the LM25061 for using jig at the time of assembly at the factory.

I have a question.

＜Conditions＞
A hot swap controller is not mounted on the system side.
A hot swap controller is only mounted on the jig side.

＜Question＞
Q1
Will it work even if a LM25061 controller is mounted on the jig side (≠ power supply side)?

Q2
I want to connect in the order of ①GND ⇒ ②power supply ⇒ ③signal line in the jig side circuit.
Can it be realized with this LM25061?

Q3
GND and the order of power supply can not be guaranteed.
Does such a configuration work as designed?

Hi Bob,

Thanks for reaching us. From your description, I would not see any concern in using LM25061 for this application.

Hi Bob,

I have seen few customers using devices like TPS2475x, TPS2421, TPS2592x in the similar way. So, I would not expect much concern in this case.

I do not have block diagram.
Let me know your system specifications for recommendation. Voltage, current and the type of load you intend to drive?
