Hi Team,
I would like to estimate Tj (junction temperature) under the following condition.
---------------------------
Vin = 5V
Vbat = 3.0V
Ichg = 0.2A *No system load
Ta = 25 deg
---------------------------
I calculated as the following in desk theory.
Is it correct?

P1= (Vin - Vbat) * Ichg = (5V - 3.0V) * 0.2A = 0.4W
Tj = Ta + (P1 * θJA) = 25 + 17.8 = 42.8 deg
