Hi,

I'm looking for Boost converter with following criteria,

1. Input voltage: 3.3V

2. Fixed output : 5V

3. Internal pull-down on EN pin

4. Max load current 1A

5. Should be automotive graded component

Please suggest me if any IC available on above criteria.

you can use TPS55340-Q1 or TPS61175-Q1 in this application.

Hi Guru,

what about TPS61087-q1? the input and output meet the requirement. however, this device doesn't have internal EN pull down and not fixed output voltage.

Actually I'm looking for Fixed output regulators. Looks both are adjustable output type.

Hi Murthy,

TPS61240-Q1 is of 5V fixed version, but its maximum output current at Vin=3.3V is only about 250mA. So we have no fit part except the TPS55340-Q1/ TPS61175-Q1 for this application.

Hi Helen,
Thanks a lot for your quick response.
As per customer request, I need to use fixed 5V output @1A current. If not IC is available in TI, I have to go for other supplier.

Hi Murthy,

Another part is TPS61029-Q1, but this part only support 5V/800-900mA output at Vin=3.3V. And this part is not a fixed 5V part .

I'm so sorry that you didn't find a fit part.

Looks TPS61027-Q1 is Fixed output. Please confirm output current of this IC.

The output current capability of TPS61027-Q1 is 500mA level.
