WEBENCH® Tools/LM3481: Eagle exports not working - any updates?

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I've seen numerous threads reporting that the WEBENCH Schematic and Board exports work badly with Eagle. I'm encountering the same problem where the Export unfortunately has so many errors that starting from scratch is going to be easier.

Are there any updates on when this will be working correctly?

You may refer to the following e2e thread and see if the trick works: using the IE instead of Chrome.

The export zip downloads ok and is not corrupted as such, so I don't see how changing browser would alter the outcome? The files inside the zip are all there but don't work correctly - broken nets, different names between board and schematic etc. There was a topic from July giving excellent detail on the breakage. When I tried to add a link an image showed up instead of a hyperlink.

(In any case, IE isn't available for Linux.)
