I couldn't find the Rvsp1 , Rvsp2 and the Equation 4 in your attached file。

So what we should do is to add the R148/R136 resistors at the VSP pin？

R136 should be between the VSP and VSN Pins. This forms a differential division at the input to the remote sense amplifier. You will also need to increase the local sense resistors connection to avoid their influence.

Example, if R148 and R136 form a 2:1 divider (VSP pin equal 0.5x VOUT) , then VOUT =2x Demanded VID.
