TPS92692: About TPS92692 Question

How is the RAMP (pin 11) on the TPS92692 configured...Does it have a cap or resistor on it and what is the value?

Certain fault condition can also turn off the switching of the TPS92692.  Attached below is the Fault Table from the data sheet for your reference...Thanks Tuan

Hi Tuan,

Here is placed 10nF cap on the RAMP pin, and fault status is 7V on the FAULT pin.
As I know, the fault active low is occur fail contition and stop switch or open PFET. For now, the FAULT pin is hign and the switching node is stoped switching. why?

I am not find something errors condition in the 692 FAULT table.

Hi John,

How is fault being connected externally?  Can you share the section of schematic concerning components connected to all the pins of TPS92692?  The other thing we would like to see is a couple of scope captures of the below signals with triggering on SS rising edge when power is first applied.  Please have time scale of 1mS/div and 10mS/div

CH1: SS (pin 4)          CH2:  /FLT (pin3)         CH3:  GATE (pin 19)       CH4:  DIM/PWM (pin 10) (500mV/div)
