TPS2378EVM-602: Eval-Board doesnt start up

Hi,

I tried to get the board up and running, but after cabeling to the PSE, there was simply no measurable voltage on the output. The test with the Oszi on the TP3 also showed no start of the switch.

Am I doing something wrong?

Does i have to set some jumper different?

Does not the LED at the output also have to light up when the jumper is set, even without a load? But i measuring only the 56 V on the primary side, but nothing on the secondary because ot the lack of switching.

Or do I have to put a load on the output so it starts?

Hi Simon,

What jumpers do you have populated?

It is preferred that a load is not attached during startup.

Have you tried powering on with a power supply connected to VDD & VSS? What was the result?
