sir,

1. what's the different between TPS60150 and TPS 60151.

2. Do you have any other solution which is much higher efficiency thanTPS60151's. (output current more than 100mA, output voltage is 5V.)

    Hi Lina,
    Thank you for your interests in TI products. To answer you questions:
    (1) The LM60151 added the function of blocking back-flow current from the output to input. Other than that, they are basically the same.
    (2) You may take a look at the LM2775, similar sized package.
